Faculty travel, business/personal, guest travel, duty of care, Fly America Act compliance, communicating to diverse silos of travelers - and much more! Historically, not-for-profits and SMB markets have not recognized the importance of managing the millions they spend sending travelers around the world for research, professional development, conferences, and teaching. This is changing! The integration with technology vendors and travel suppliers make understanding the differences and similarities to established corporate travel programs an important emerging conversation! Come hear from your peers and those who have built successful programs talk about some of the challenges they have overcome and best way they were able to address tough policy issues.
